Marine Superintendent (QHSE)

The role of Marine Superintendent (QHSE) at Union Marine Management Services Pte. Ltd involves full-time on-site responsibilities in Gurugram. As the Marine Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in various tasks such as attending vessels for Internal Audit, SMS Set up, take over, vetting preparation, incident investigation, reviewing and improvising SMS, company policies based on regulatory amendments, new regulations, incidents in fleet and industry, ship management, supervisory skills, vetting, and vessel operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards. To excel in this role, you should possess Marine Operations and Vessel Operations skills, along with Supervisory Skills and Ship Management experience. Additionally, you should have experience in vetting processes and a strong understanding of safety and quality standards in marine operations. Your ability to analyze situations, eagerness to learn, and understanding of incident investigation, root cause analysis, and risk assessment will be essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration within the team and independently. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marine Engineering or Maritime Studies is required to qualify for this position.
