Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a QHSE Executive/QHSE Superintendent. The QHSE Executive/QHSE Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations. Daily tasks include conducting audits and inspections, developing and implementing QHSE policies and procedures, and providing training and support to staff. The role also involves investigating incidents, analyzing data to identify trends, and recommending corrective actions to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting audits and inspections, and knowledge of QHSE regulations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing QHSE policies and procedures
• Strong data analysis skills for identifying trends and recommending improvements
• Excellent communication skills for providing training and support to staff
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or Engineering
• Relevant certifications, such as NEBOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001, are a plus
• Experience in the maritime industry is beneficial
