About Us:

Position: QHSE Executive

Were looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QHSE Executive (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) with a strong understanding of food safety, hygiene protocols, and basic nutrition to join our team. The role will ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards while also promoting balanced, nutritious meals in line with institutional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor adherence to FSSAI guidelines, HACCP, ISO standards, and internal quality norms.
• Conduct regular kitchen audits, hygiene inspections, and documentation reviews across production and service areas.
• Implement and monitor food safety protocols, including proper storage, temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and PPE usage.
• Ensure meals align with basic nutritional standards set for school-age children and staff.
• Train food production and service teams on hygiene, food handling, nutrition awareness, and safe practices.
• Investigate and document any non-conformities, food safety incidents, or health concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to suggest nutritional improvements without compromising taste or appeal.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting as per audit and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, Nutrition, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in QHSE roles within catering, hospitality, or food production sectors.
• Working knowledge of nutrition principles, especially in institutional catering (schools, hospitals, etc.).
• Certified or trained in ISO 22000, FSSAI, HACCP, or similar food safety systems.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong documentation and auditing capabilities.

Salary : 30K - 40K*
