As a Master Mariner/Captain with a minimum of 1-2 years of shore experience, and preferably with sailing exposure in Bulk carriers, you will have the opportunity to oversee navigation standards on company vessels. Your responsibilities will include conducting annual navigation audits and initiating independent reviews as required. It will be your duty to ensure timely internal audits of vessels and office operations, circulating audit and inspection reports promptly, and ensuring proper closeouts. Your role will involve developing and implementing training programs for onboard and shore-based personnel on safety and environmental protection. You will be responsible for conducting incident investigations, finalizing reports, and distributing them internally. Additionally, you will be coordinating periodic Management Review (MR) meetings and monitoring and reporting internal HSSEQ KPIs.
