Technical Specialist Noida 2.5-5 Years INDIA Job Description (Posting). Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of BigFix architecture and components, including BigFix Console, Relay, and Client. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical support or systems administration role, preferably with BigFix. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve complex technical issues. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users. Customer Service Orientation: A proactive and customer-focused approach to support and service delivery. Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Certifications: Relevant technical certifications (e.g., BigFix, ITIL) are a plus. .
