Technical SEO Specialist

Brainito is seeking a highly analytical Technical SEO Specialist who can audit, diagnose, and optimize websites for scalability, crawl efficiency, and long-term organic growth. This role is critical to ensuring that SEO strategies are technically sound, future-proof, and aligned with Google’s evolving algorithms.

You will work closely with SEO strategists, content teams, developers, and product managers to turn SEO insights into executable technical improvements.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical SEO & Website Health

• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, rendering, site architecture).
• Identify and fix issues related to Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, and JavaScript SEO.
• Optimize URL structures, internal linking, pagination, canonicalization, and redirects.
• Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, hreflang, schema markup, and structured data validation.

Search Engine Optimization

• Ensure clean and scalable SEO setups for large websites and marketplaces.
• Resolve indexing issues, duplicate content, thin pages, and crawl budget inefficiencies.
• Monitor algorithm updates and proactively recommend technical changes.

Tools & Reporting

• Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, PageSpeed Insights, and GTmetrix.
• Track technical KPIs and present actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with developers to translate SEO requirements into technical tasks.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with content and strategy teams to ensure technical SEO supports ranking goals.
• Support website migrations, redesigns, and CMS changes without traffic loss.
• Educate internal teams on technical SEO best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and server-side concepts.
• Proven experience with technical SEO for medium to large websites.
• Deep knowledge of Google search behavior, indexing, and ranking signals.
• Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, custom builds).
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with international SEO and multilingual websites.
• Familiarity with log file analysis.
• Exposure to Python or SQL for SEO automation.
• Experience in agency or high-growth startup environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
