Technical Scrum Master

Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Hyderabad, India Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to lead and support Agile teams in delivering high-quality software products. As a servant-leader and coach, you will play a critical role in driving Agile practices, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring continuous improvement in performance and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups , Sprint Planning , Sprint Reviews , and Retrospectives . Guide teams in Agile principles and best practices, promoting adherence to the Scrum framework . Identify and remove impediments that affect team productivity and delivery. Partner with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog. Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. Shield teams from external distractions and unplanned work. Monitor team performance metrics (e.g., velocity , burndown charts ) and report progress. Support Agile maturity initiatives across the organization through coaching and mentoring. Promote alignment and collaboration between development , QA , and business stakeholders . Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Business , or a related field. 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role. Certified Scrum Master ( CSM , PSM I , or equivalent). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and/or Kanban . Preferred: Experience with Agile tools such as Jira , Azure DevOps , or Trello . Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe , LeSS , Nexus ). Exposure to modern development platforms and technologies such as React , .NET , and Salesforce . Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
