Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in software or technical sales, with strong domain knowledge in production control and process management.
• Proficient in Hindi and English; capable of effective negotiation and relationship-building with international stakeholders.
• Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and moderating discussions.
• Ability to integrate seamlessly into international teams and contribute effectively.
• Structured, analytical, and pragmatic approach to tasks, with a focus on efficiency and results.
• Flexible, committed, and assertive team player with a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
