Technical Sales Support Engineer

As a Technical Sales Support Engineer for the Global Technical Sales Environment, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing cloud resources to support technical sales engagements. Your role will involve provisioning, maintaining, and enhancing the infrastructure required for POCs, workshops, and product demonstrations. Automation, efficient deployments, and security will be key focus areas to ensure compliance with enterprise security standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Install, upgrade, configure, and optimize the Informatica platform on both on-premises and Cloud platform runtime environments. - Manage configuration, security, and networking of Informatica Cloud demo platforms. - Monitor cloud environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud for potential issues and implement cost optimization strategies. - Implement security best practices, threat monitoring, and compliance measures. - Automate deployments using Bash/Python, Ansible, and DevOps methodologies. - Apply troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues on Informatica Cloud demo environments, Docker containers, and Hyperscalers. **Role Essentials:** - Proficiency in Bash/Python scripting and automation tools like Ansible. - Experience in administering Cloud data management platforms and related SaaS. - Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux/Windows environments and cloud computing platforms. - Knowledge of relational databases, SQL skills, monitoring tools, and Kubernetes. - BE or equivalent educational background with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
