Technical Sales Support Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in:
Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation systems
LV Switchgear, PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, Field Instruments
Experience with
Rockwell/ Siemens Automation
must required

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for PLC panels, VFDs, MCC, PCC, and Distribution Boards
Support sales activities with technical expertise and ensure smooth execution
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Proposal teams to meet customer requirements
Maintain an active role in customer engagement, technical presentations, and order conversion
Ensure accurate and timely reporting to Line Managers and Sales Directors

Key Requirements

Strong technical knowledge with proven experience in the panel manufacturing industry
Ability to support sales with technically and contribute to business growth
Excellent communication and Technical skill
