Technical Sales Support Engineer

As an Engineering graduate with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in the MEP Industry, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting technical submittals for MEP equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements. You will also be required to prepare competitive and accurate quotations based on project scope and pricing structures. Additionally, you will assist in preparing cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and material take-offs for various MEP projects by utilizing data and market trends. Monitoring and managing stock movement related to sales orders and project requirements will be a crucial part of your role. You will need to coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Acting as a key point of contact between sales, procurement, finance, and operations is vital to align sales activities with project schedules and material availability. Good knowledge of HVAC/Plumbing products is essential for this role. Fluency in computer knowledge is required to support the sales team, including the ability to read drawings, interpret designs, and familiarity with CRM systems. Your excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills will be valuable in this position. Knowledge of the entire sales process and activities is expected.
