For our location in Gurgaon, India, we are looking for an experienced personality as Sr. Executive - Stores & Spares Your Remit · Order Management & Administration Manage the complete order lifecycle, Allocate resources based on order booking forecasts for optimal utilisation. Collaborate with function heads to enhance team coordination and productivity. Inventory Control Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliations. Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders to replenish inventory as needed. Resolve discrepancies related to inventory, shipping delays, or supplier concerns. Warehouse Operations Oversee receipt of incoming materials, verifying quantity and quality against purchase orders. Coordinate the dispatch of finished products to customers, ensuring timely delivery. Organise warehouse layout for efficient space utilisation. Implement and maintain safety and security protocols, ensuring cleanliness and organisation. Utilise inventory management software to track inventory and generate reports. Develop and implement SOPs for warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement. L Compliance Assign Key Result Areas (KRAs) for team leads aligned with organisational goals. Build and nurture leadership capabilities within the department. Ensure teams remain focused, positive, and motivated. Monitor compliance with the Code of Conduct and company policies. Lead world-area level initiatives and participate in global forums for strategy development. Your Profile · Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics · 4 + years’ experience in supply chain logistics, preferably in a complex global manufacturing environment.
