Job Description Are you an experienced Technical Sales Specialist with a strong IT sales background We are looking for you! As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our range of IT products and services. Your key responsibilities will include generating leads and acquiring new clients within the IT domain. You will conduct client meetings, deliver product demonstrations, and successfully close sales deals. Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable IT solutions will be crucial. It will be your responsibility to consistently achieve sales targets, prepare performance reports, and meticulously maintain and update the CRM system. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT or software sales, covering software, mobile apps, websites, or e-commerce solutions. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a demonstrated track record of success in B2B sales environments. Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with IT service offerings are advantageous. The ability to work independently, meet sales targets consistently, and experience in international sales will be highly valued. This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam, Kerala.
