Job Description

As a Technical Sales Specialist - Steel Building at Maxroof, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our range of roofing, cladding, and pre-engineered building solutions. Your proactive nature, excellent communication skills, and proven sales track record will be key in achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets. Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new leads through various channels like cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. - Develop a strong understanding of Maxroof's products, services, and applications. - Be willing to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and conduct site visits. Qualifications and Skills: - 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry. - Experience in roofing, cladding, or pre-engineered building sales is highly preferred. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Engineering degree is a plus. - Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred.
