You are a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive seeking to join Maxroof's team in Pune and Mumbai. As a Sales Executive at Maxroof, your primary role is to drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Maxroof's roofing, cladding, and pre-engineered building solutions. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven track record in sales. Your responsibilities will include generating new leads through various channels, conducting client meetings, preparing sales proposals, and achieving assigned sales targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting market analysis, and maintaining technical understanding of Maxroof's products and services. To qualify for this role, you should have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience in roofing, cladding, or pre-engineered building sales is highly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, along with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, a valid driver's license, and a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline are required.
