Job Title: Sales Assistant – Relationship Management (Segments)

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant – Relationship Management to support our Segments business. The role is primarily focused on managing partner and client relationships, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, and supporting revenue-generating activities. This is a remote role requiring strong communication, follow-ups, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, clients, or segments for day-to-day coordination.

Support relationship managers in maintaining and strengthening client relationships to drive retention and growth.

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Support) to ensure timely resolution of partner/client queries.

Track and follow up on leads, opportunities, onboarding status, and ongoing requests across assigned segments.

Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, dashboards, and client updates on a regular basis.

Ensure documentation, agreements, and records related to partners/clients are properly maintained.

Support renewal discussions, upsell/cross-sell initiatives, and ongoing engagement activities.

Maintain accurate data in CRM or tracking tools and ensure timely updates.

Proactively identify relationship gaps or risks and escalate when required.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong relationship management and communication skills (written and verbal).

Excellent follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.

Comfortable working in a remote setup with minimal supervision.

Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Basic understanding of sales processes and client lifecycle management.

Proficient in MS Excel, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and reporting formats.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across time zones if required.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in sales support, relationship management, account coordination, or client servicing roles (preferred).

Experience in B2B, fintech, services, or segmented business models is an advantage.
