Job Summary

Technical Sales Manager

 

Develop and execute technical sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Identify and engage with prospective clients to present technical solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams to understand product features and translate them into customer value propositions.

Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops to showcase the benefits of our offerings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Gather client requirements and provide input to the product development team for continuous improvement.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for leadership review.

Provide training and mentorship to junior sales team members as needed.

Proven experience as a Technical Sales Manager or in a similar role.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
