Position:

Position Summary:

results-driven, technically adept sales professional


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans

    for

    online condition monitoring solutions

    across power generation, transmission, and industrial applications.
  • Engage with utilities, EPCs, and industries

    to understand their asset maintenance challenges and propose

    real-time monitoring solutions

    for equipment such as

    transformers, motors, switchgear, generators, and substations

    .
  • Promote fiber-optic–based online monitoring systems

    for a wide range of applications including

    power cable health monitoring, perimeter security, pipelines, bridges, conveyors, and railway track monitoring

    .
  • Deliver impactful

    technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals

    to highlight system capabilities and ROI benefits.
  • Collaborate with

    engineering and project delivery teams

    to ensure accurate technical configuration, pricing, and seamless project execution.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships

    with key accounts to drive customer retention and recurring business.
  • Lead

    tendering, quotation, and contract negotiations

    , balancing profitability with customer satisfaction.
  • Track market intelligence

    , competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the field of

    digital asset monitoring and predictive maintenance

    .
  • Represent the company at

    industry conferences, trade shows, and technical forums

    to strengthen brand presence in the

    condition monitoring domain

    .


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering

    , or M.Sc. in Physics (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience

    in

    solution-based or technical sales

    , ideally within

    online condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or industrial automation sectors

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    high-voltage electrical systems

    —including

    transformers, circuit breakers, motors, and substations

    .
  • Proven ability to prepare

    technical proposals, cost estimates, and commercial offers

    aligned with client needs.
  • Excellent

    communication, presentation, and negotiation

    skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Willingness to

    travel extensively

    for client meetings, demonstrations, and site visits.

  • Familiarity with

    utility sector regulations and compliance frameworks

  • Multilingual proficiency (English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred).
