Chief Financial Officer

As a matured and seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in finance and accounting, you will join the leadership team of NAVITUS CONTROLS & EQUIPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED, a reputable utilities company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Your role will be pivotal in driving business growth, improving financial performance, and leading cross-functional teams. Additionally, being a qualified Company Secretary (CS) is mandatory for this position. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintenance of accounting standards. You will also provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions, identify areas for cost optimization, and drive process improvements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective risk management strategies, internal controls, and governance frameworks to safeguard company assets, as well as leading and managing the finance team to ensure high performance. To be successful in this role, you must hold Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) qualifications, along with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role as CFO or Finance Director. Experience in the Electrical Asset Maintenance or related industries is desirable. You should possess strong financial planning, analysis, and reporting skills, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive process improvements and manage change effectively.
