Technical Sales & Marketing Manager (Online Condition Monitoring)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with strong technical knowledge of electrical systems to drive business growth across industrial and utility sectors. The role involves promoting condition monitoring solutions, managing key clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for condition monitoring solutions in power and industrial applications.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide customized engineering solutions for assets such as transformers, generators, switchgear, motors, and substations.
• Promote optic-based solutions for monitoring applicationsperimeter intrusion, pipelines, power cables, rail tracks, bridges, and conveyors.
• Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposal submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for solution design and seamless implementation.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining profitability.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Participate in trade fairs and industry events for business development.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or M.Sc. in Physics (Master's preferred).
• 57 years of experience in sales of technical or engineering solutions within the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of high-voltage electrical equipmenttransformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and substations.
• Proven track record in preparing technical proposals, cost estimates, and client presentations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with regional standards and compliance in the energy sector.
• Multilingual proficiency (English, Hindi, Bengali preferred).
