Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the sales team across all product lines – process equipment, containment systems, piping distribution, turnkey/EPC projects.Define sales strategies and business development plans to expand presence in domestic and international markets.Manage key accounts with pharma, chemical, and food industry clients.Mentor and guide junior and senior sales engineers/executives.Achieve overall company sales targets and report to top management.Represent EOS Techno in industry conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical) with MBA preferred.12–15 years of experience in capital equipment / project sales with leadership exposure.Proven track record in sales strategy, client management, and revenue growth.Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to drive both domestic and international sales.
