Technical Sales Head

You will lead the sales strategy, client acquisition, technical consultations, and after-sales support. Your deep technical knowledge of labels and strong sales track record will be instrumental in driving business development in this specialized vertical. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and develop the sales strategy for the label division. - Identify and acquire new clients across industries like FMCG, Pharma, Retail, etc. - Manage key accounts and cultivate long-term client relationships. - Collaborate with production and R&D to provide custom label solutions. - Offer technical consultations to clients on substrates, adhesives, finishes, and applications. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to enhance offerings. - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. - Develop and oversee sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics. - Build and lead a technical sales team as the business expands. **Required Qualifications:** - 10+ years of experience in technical sales within the label or packaging industry. - Proficiency in label printing technologies such as Flexo, Digital, Offset, etc. - Demonstrated success in sales leadership and client acquisition. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to comprehend client requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Existing network within FMCG, Pharma, Retail, or industrial sectors is advantageous. - Preferably hold a degree in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
