Solution Selling & Consultative Sales Approach - Understand customer needs, pain points, and procurement challenges. - Propose tailored packaging solutions that align with client operations and supply chain requirements. - Educate prospects on company tech-driven capabilities such as vendor consolidation, JIT deliveries, and cost optimization. 3. Negotiation & Deal Closure - Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from first contact to contract signing. - Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and agreement structuring with prospective clients. - Work with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution. 4. Strategic Market Expansion - Identify and penetrate new geographical regions with high potential. - Develop sales strategies and market entry plans for untapped customer segments. - Partner with marketing to design demand-generation campaigns and targeted outreach. 5. Sales Performance & Reporting - Consistently achieve and exceed sales revenue targets. - Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools. - Provide weekly/monthly reports on pipeline status, key deals, and market trends. Experience with premium and sustainable packaging formats is a strong advantage.
