Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Executive, located in Gurugram. The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, delivering product presentations, and developing customized technology solutions based on client needs. Responsibilities include preparing detailed proposals, understanding market trends, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth. Collaboration with the technical team to ensure solutions align with client requirements will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales processes, client engagement, and relationship management
  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, IT solutions, cloud services, and related technologies
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client challenges and recommend solutions
  • A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in B2B technical sales or IT solutions sales is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of industries such as SaaS, Fintech, or E-commerce is highly desirable
