Technical Sales Executive

As a potential candidate for the position, your role will involve building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities. You will be responsible for attending all new enquiries on various social media platforms and keeping the prospective client database updated. Making cold calls for new business leads will also be a part of your key responsibilities. It is essential for you to have technical know-how of products, specifically prior knowledge of the Fermentation system and Bioprocess. Familiarity with upstream and downstream processes, as well as a strong understanding of basic bioprocessing and thermodynamics concepts, are necessary for this role. You will be required to thoroughly understand our product and explain it to clients. Guiding clients in the best possible way regarding our product and addressing any queries they may have will be crucial. Additionally, maintaining knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company, arranging meetings for senior management with prospective clients, and supporting in writing new business proposals as per clients" requirements are integral parts of this role. Following company guidelines and procedures for customer acquisition, submission of tenders, sending follow-up mails/greetings to clients, coordinating with clients for any manufacturing queries, and making new dealers all over India for our products are also expected from you. Qualifications required for this role include a B.Tech/BBA/BSC/BCA or any other equivalent qualification. Strong customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, good negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and active listening skills are essential skills and qualifications for this position. Being smart, presentable, and having a pleasing personality, along with basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in emails, are additional requirements for this role.
