Exposure to regulatory audits.

Establish, maintain, and scale mammalian cell lines including adherent and suspension cultures under sterile conditions.Perform routine cell-based assays such as viability, proliferation, cytotoxicity, reporter assays, and high-content imaging.

Execute experiment as per plan. Carry out in-process analysis as per experimental sampling plan Collect, record fermentation run and analytical data. Compile experimental data. Analyse data and discuss with team to draw insights Support assaying customer samples using a variety of biochemical and analytical techniques Maintain lab and equipment clean, safe and usable. Maintain lab inventory for seamless functioning of the lab Required Qualifications: Masters degree (with 2 - years of experience) in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bio Engineering, Agriculture Engineering, Cereal Science, or a related field Strong technical foundation, ideally including industrial biotechnology processes, and the application of enzymes in an industrial setting Experience performing bench-scale experiments to evaluate the use of enzymes and/or yeast in industrial biotechnology applications Experience with analytical techniques relevant for monitoring bioprocesses (HPLC, biochemical assays, compositional analyses, etc) Experience with data analysis using Microsoft excel Strong interpersonal, partnership, and leadership skills with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive projects to completion Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enzymes and/or yeast relevant for corn and starch processing and ethanol fermentation (amylases, proteases, fiber-hydrolyzing enzymes, lipases, etc) Familiarity with statistical computer languages Python will be plus. P&ID Diagrams: Develop and maintain Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) for various biotech equipment, ensuring accurate representation of process flow, control, and instrumentation. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in designing bioreactors or similar equipment in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries. Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks). Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, ISO, and GMP. Strong understanding of mechanical design principles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
