You will be part of the IMSG- PendoTECH team as a Scientist supporting customers in the Bio-Pharma community. Your role involves providing product support to Market Organizations, Distributors, and end customers globally, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific markets. This support includes pre- and post-sales assistance via email, calls, or virtual interactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for training the global customer support and service team on the application, usage, and troubleshooting of PendoTECH sensors and associated hardware. Your primary responsibilities will include answering cases through a software-based application portal, offering timely solutions for pre- and post-sales support, and ensuring effective communication with colleagues at PendoTECH, USA, and market representatives in over 50 countries. You will manage projects and timelines efficiently, maintain regular communication with stakeholders, and provide high-quality support to colleagues at Market Organizations & authorized distributors. Furthermore, it is essential to provide correct and timely feedback on non-conformance issues, communicate and manage regional product-related issues with relevant departments, attend training and meetings to stay updated with industry trends, and continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in biopharmaceutical research and downstream processing equipment innovations. The minimum qualifications required for this role include a Ph.D. in Biotechnology, microbiology, or Bioprocess, with hands-on experience in biotechnology and/or fermentation using single-use and multi-use sensors. Post-DOC fellowship in relevant subjects is an added advantage. Knowledge of bioprocessing downstream purification processes, industry regulations, guidelines, and trends is necessary. Familiarity with single-use equipment, different organism types, and cell types, along with excellent communication skills, high energy, and result orientation are also essential for this position.
