Cell Culture Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Cell Culture Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Cell Culture Specialist, you will lead and execute advanced cell culture techniques, including the maintenance, expansion, and characterization of cell lines. Your expertise in cell biology, hands-on experience with flow cytometry, and familiarity with bioprocessing and tissue engineering techniques will be pivotal in contributing to cutting-edge research and therapeutic projects. You will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include designing, planning, and executing cell culture experiments, performing cell-based assays, utilizing flow cytometry for cell analysis, developing and optimizing cell culture protocols, analyzing and interpreting experimental data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. It will be essential to maintain laboratory compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while staying updated on the latest advancements in cell culture and flow cytometry technologies. To qualify for this role, you should have a Masters or PhD in cell biology, biotechnology, molecular biology, or a related field. You must demonstrate proven hands-on experience with cell culture techniques, proficiency in flow cytometry, a strong understanding of cell biology, tissue engineering, and bioprocessing principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment is also crucial. Preferred qualifications include experience with advanced imaging techniques or automation in cell culture processes and knowledge of bioinformatics tools for cellular data analysis.
