Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Technical Sales Executive who can connect with potential customers over calls, understand their requirements, and close deals effectively. This role requires strong communication skills in Hindi and English, a willingness to learn internal sales processes, and the ability to work with our Business Automation apps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and map them to the right solution
  • Make outbound calls to assigned prospects and explain products/services clearly.
  • Handle initial objections, explain product value, and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM with inquiry status, tasks, follow-ups, and customer details.
  • Provide product demos via video calls, helping clients visualize real use cases.
  • Proactively follow up with prospects to move deals forward.
  • Providing support to enrolled clients by understanding their pain points, in order to build client relationships and the ability to upsell and cross-sell.

Requirements & Skills

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Proficiency in at least one regional language is a Plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Good understanding of sales & negotiation techniques (training will be provided).
  • Fast learner ability to grasp SaaS product workflows and explain them simply.
  • Time management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical thinker: Able to listen, identify problems, and suggest solutions.
  • High patience, empathy, and calmness in dealing with varied customers.
  • Prior exposure (internships/training) in SaaS, CRM, or B2B sales/support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently.
  • Quick learner and adaptable to new tools.
