We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions . The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of mobile and web development technologies and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients while driving sales growth. You will be responsible for lead conversion, client communication, requirement understanding, proposal coordination, and closing deals for software development services including mobile apps, web platforms, and backend systems. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify, qualify, and convert leads for mobile app and web development projects Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions Conduct product demos, solution presentations, and technical discussions Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to close deals Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients Technical Understanding & Solution Mapping Understand and explain Android (Native & Cross-platform) application development Basic to intermediate understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js and PHP Translate business problems into high-level technical solutions Coordinate with development teams for feasibility checks and estimations Assist in preparing scope documents, timelines, and delivery models Client Communication & Coordination Act as a single point of contact between clients and internal teams Clearly explain technical concepts in simple, client-friendly language Gather detailed requirements and ensure clarity before project initiation Participate in client calls, requirement discussions, and review meetings Market & Sales Operations Track sales pipeline, leads, and closures using CRM or internal tools Stay updated on latest trends in mobile apps, web platforms, and digital products Analyze competitors, pricing models, and market demand Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Required Technical Knowledge Mobile Development Android Native (Java / Kotlin) – basic understanding Cross-platform frameworks (Flutter / React Native) – conceptual knowledge App deployment basics (Play Store / App lifecycle awareness) Backend & Web Technologies Node.js – basic understanding of APIs and backend services PHP – understanding of server-side development concepts REST APIs, JSON, basic database concepts (MySQL / MongoDB) Awareness of hosting, domains, and cloud basics (AWS / Azure – plus) Required Skills & Qualifications Strong English and Hindi communication skills (verbal & written) Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills Good analytical and problem-solving mindset Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused Comfortable working with startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients Ability to handle multiple leads and projects simultaneously Educational Qualification Any Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field Relevant certifications in sales or technology are a plus What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology projects Exposure to startups, enterprise clients, and global markets Dynamic, fast-growing work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Language: English (Required) Hindi (Required) Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Required) Work Location: In person
