Job Description

As a Technical Sales Executive specializing in Geotechnical & Tunneling Products, you will be representing Argentium International Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi and Himachal Pradesh. Argentium International is a renowned supplier of cutting-edge geotechnical solutions for tunneling, slope stabilization, and ground anchoring projects in various sectors such as infrastructure, mining, and hydropower across India. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively drive business development by identifying and engaging with contractors, consultants, and project owners involved in tunneling and slope stabilization projects. You will be required to deliver technical presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and provide application support to clients. Understanding project Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and recommending suitable product solutions in collaboration with the internal technical team will also be a key part of your role. Moreover, you will need to follow up on leads, inquiries, and project tenders within your designated region, while maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Coordinating logistics and deliveries with the internal supply chain, providing market intelligence, competitor feedback to management, and maintaining detailed client interaction records will also be crucial aspects of your job. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in technical sales, project coordination, or site execution, preferably in the tunneling or slope stabilization industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, and a willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region are essential requirements. Preferred skills for this position include familiarity with self-drilling anchors, rock bolts, forepoling, or similar systems, an existing network with infrastructure contractors and consultants in India, and hands-on experience in field testing, anchoring solutions, or construction chemicals.
