Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote and sell company products. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver product presentations to potential clients. Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently. Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM software. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven sales experience of at least 2 years, preferably in construction-related industries specifically in tunneling or slope stabilization Strong understanding of the market and client base. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
