Job Description

As a Technical Sales Engineer with a B.Tech degree, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales in the Markem Imaje department. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and ensuring profitability. Your focus will be on new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and generating revenue. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong technical background, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to successfully close deals. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: - Identify potential customers and generate leads for Markem Imaje coding machines. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet assigned sales targets and maintain contribution margins. - Engage in meetings with customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable technical solutions. - Create and deliver technical presentations and sales proposals. - Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close sales deals. - Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure continuous order generation. Revenue & Target Achievement: - Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while upholding profit margins. - Keep a close eye on competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry. Customer Relationship Management: - Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and potential customers. - Provide post-sales support in collaboration with the service team. - Strive for high customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals. Process & Compliance: - Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and reports. - Adhere to Univend Associates Pvt Ltd's sales process and reporting structure. - Collaborate closely with the internal team to facilitate smooth sales execution. Key Requirements: Education: B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics. Experience: 2-5 years in industrial sales (preferably in coding machines). Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in closing deals, handling objections, and driving revenue. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of industrial machines and automation solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Target Orientation: Demonstrated capability to achieve sales targets with profitability. Willingness to Travel: Openness to frequent travel within assigned territories. Process-Oriented Mindset: Commitment to adhering to Univend's core values and structured sales approach.
