Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base. This includes identifying new business opportunities, penetrating key accounts, and creating a strong sales pipeline. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including shotblasting contractors, highway contractors, bore-well contractors, and mining contractors. You'll need to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions. Product Expertise: Become an expert in our product portfolio, including portable air compressors, portable light towers, construction demolition tools, bore-well compressors, and shot blasting compressors. Provide technical product demonstrations and presentations to customers. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this information to inform sales strategies and provide valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams. Reporting: Accurately forecast sales, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports to management. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on capital equipment or industrial products. Experience in the construction, mining, or rental industries is a plus. Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively. Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex machinery. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
