Job Description

As a Technical Sales Engineer at our company located in Senapati Bapat Road, Pune, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by combining your technical expertise with sales skills. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, present technical solutions, and cultivate strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our products and services, identify customer requirements, and recommend suitable technical solutions. Collaborating with the sales team, you will contribute to the development of business strategies. Your role will also involve working closely with the engineering and product teams to provide valuable customer feedback for product enhancement. In this position, you will prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Furthermore, you will assist customers with product selection, integration, and troubleshooting. Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals will be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining relationships with existing clients and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling will be essential. You will also need to stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors" products. Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events will also be expected. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar field. Strong understanding of technical concepts related to manufacturing products is required. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to build and sustain customer relationships. A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who can work independently will thrive in this position. You should also be willing to travel to meet clients and attend industry events. Experience in the Manufacturing industry and previous exposure to B2B sales will be advantageous for this role.,
