Role Description

As a Technical Sales Professional, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by selling technical products or services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your technical knowledge and sales expertise to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings. From identifying potential clients to negotiating contracts, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

- Prospect potential clients within designated market segments.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients technical requirements.

- Present product demonstrations, proposals, and solutions to clients.

- Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions for clients.

- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing issues that may arise post-sale.

- Meet sales target and KPIs set by the organization.

- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports and pipeline updates for management review.


Qualifications

- 0-1 year of core Technical sales experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

- Proven track record of successful technical sales experience, preferably in the technology sector.

- Strong understanding of technical products/services being sold, with the ability to translate technical features into business benefits.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
