Technical Sales Engineer

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team in INDIA. If you have a Bachelor's or Diploma degree, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the BMS/AUTOMATION Sales & Estimation, we want to hear from you!

Job Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the BMS/AUTOMATION industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Provide technical expertise and customized solutions to meet client needs.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to effectively communicate solutions.
• Responsible for the implementation and execution of the Sales Action Plan to meet sales target.
• Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts and sectors and provide this information on a regular basis to the management team.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for technical, commercial, and business issues for those accounts and sectors assigned. Work with Presales & Projects Managers on all technical issues.
• Be able to personally conduct a basic presentation/demonstration (hardware and software) solution.
• Prepare financial analysis (Project Projections, Pipeline, and/or Revenue & Cashflow Plan) of projects.
• Negotiate and finalize sales deals to achieve pre-set financial targets.
• Opening new accounts
• Update the task list to incorporate all sent quotation and their respective statuses.
• Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by their supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in the BMS/AUTOMATION field.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Excellent command of the English Language.
• Driving License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• BMS/Automation Sales: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
