Job Summary : Wissen Technology is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter with 5 8 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technology talent for our growing teams. This role demands expertise in Boolean search, hands-on experience with portals like Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter, and a solid understanding of domestic hiring practices. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Location:  Bangalore

Mode of Work: Hybrid 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology roles across various domains. 
  

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates. 
  

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean Search to identify and engage top tech talent. 
  

• Leverage recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to build robust talent pipelines. 
  

• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.  
  

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. 
  

• Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process using internal tracking systems. 
  

• Maintain strong candidate engagement and build long-term relationships for future hiring needs.  
  

Qualifications and Required Skills: 

• 5 8 years of relevant experience in domestic IT/Technology hiring. 
  

• Hands-on experience in sourcing through job portals, social media, and professional networks. 
  

• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and modern sourcing strategies. 
  

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. 
  

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  

• Proven ability to manage multiple open positions and deliver within tight timelines.
