Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Relevant university degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
• 1-2+ years (or more depending on role) of demonstrated experience in the specific IT domain (e.g., recruitment for European clients, software development, cloud architecture)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage recruitment or project cycles with clients, vendors, and candidates
• Experience working with European clients or within EU markets is a strong plus
• Self-motivated, remote-work ready with own laptop/infrastructure (for remote roles)
• Comfortable with agile work environments and tools like LinkedIn, job portals, or technical platforms depending on function

Key Responsibilities (Recruitment Role Focus Example):

• Manage recruitment processes for UK/EU client requirements
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through LinkedIn and social media platforms
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and oversee onboarding and follow-up
• Negotiate compensation and align with client needs
• Provide regular reporting and status updates to internal teams and clients
