Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter based in Gurugram, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Additional duties include collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, setting up and managing hiring processes, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role requires effective communication and the ability to recruit candidates with technical expertise.
