Technical Recruiter

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate records in the recruitment database/ATS.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on hiring progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
• Strong understanding of technical roles (developers, engineers, testers, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
