Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter based in Vadodara. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for technical positions. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, create job postings, conduct interviews, and orchestrate the entire hiring process. Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong communication with candidates and stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Experience in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and candidates
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
