We are excited to welcome a Technical Recruiter to our growing team. At Intellibus, we don't just hire engineers, we find future leaders. Our recruiting team has successfully sourced the top 10% of engineering talent supporting the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry. We're now looking for professionals who can help us continue that momentum.


We are seeking full-time Technical Recruiters with at least 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment. This is a remote position (EST working hours) focused on hiring for roles in high-growth, venture-funded startups, especially those in the fintech domain.


You’ll work closely with leadership to find talent across roles like Java Engineers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Distinguished Engineers, and Engineering Managers, primarily those who have worked under tight deadlines in startup environments.


Summary:

  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future roles.
  • Role Focus Areas, Technical Delivery Leads Chief Architects, Java Architects, Distinguished Engineers, & UI Architects.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to align recruiting strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of technical recruitment experience focused on US-based IT roles.
  • Proven track record hiring for technical positions in fintech, banking, or consulting domains.
  • Strong understanding of technical stacks, especially Java, UI frameworks, and cloud architectures.
  • Experience sourcing candidates who have worked in high-pressure startup environments.
  • Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and visa processes.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and GSuite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines.
