Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and hire candidates for non-IT roles.
  • Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing to onboarding.
  • Use portals, social media, referrals, and JobDiva (ATS).
  • Build talent pipelines and manage multiple requisitions.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth hiring process.

Requirements:

  • 6 months–4 years in

    US staffing (non-IT recruitment)

    .
  • Experience in W2 hiring preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills, communication, and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ATS (JobDiva preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
