About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality talent pipelines.
• Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit for the organization.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and reports for tracking and analysis.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in

  IT recruitment

  (agency or corporate).
• Strong understanding of various IT skills, emerging technologies, and hiring trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
