We are looking for an MBA-qualified Human Resource Officer to handle HR operations for our educational institution. The role involves managing salaries, salary negotiations, attendance tracking, and daily coordination with teachers to ensure smooth operations. Freshers with an MBA are also welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Process monthly salaries and ensure timely payments. Assist with salary negotiations for new and existing staff. Maintain and monitor daily attendance records for teachers. Manage leave applications, shift changes, and substitute arrangements. Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR-related documentation. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes. Coordinate with the academic team for daily staff requirements. Support staff engagement activities and performance management. Qualifications & Skills: MBA in Human Resource Management (mandatory). Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.). Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Maintain candidate records in the recruitment database/ATS. Provide regular updates and reports to management on hiring progress. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role (freshers with strong skills may also apply). Strong understanding of technical roles (developers, engineers, testers, etc.). Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
