We are looking for an MBA-qualified Human Resource Officer to handle HR operations for our educational institution. The role involves managing salaries, salary negotiations, attendance tracking, and daily coordination with teachers to ensure smooth operations. Freshers with an MBA are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly salaries and ensure timely payments.
• Assist with salary negotiations for new and existing staff.
• Maintain and monitor daily attendance records for teachers.
• Manage leave applications, shift changes, and substitute arrangements.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
• Coordinate with the academic team for daily staff requirements.
• Support staff engagement activities and performance management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA in Human Resource Management (mandatory).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
