Job Description

Job Title: Regional HR Head Manufacturing Operations

Experience: around 12-15 Years of progressive leadership

Industry preference: Auto Component

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred: Specialization in Labour Laws)

Reporting to: Corporate HR Head

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional HR Head to lead and manage the Human Resources function across multiple manufacturing units based at Jaipur.

This strategic role demands a seasoned professional with deep expertise in industrial relations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and core HR processes.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can balance operational excellence with people-centric strategies in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Drive HR strategy aligned with business goals across all three units.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy

Compliance & Industrial Relations

  • Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage cordial environment at the shopfloor across all the Plants.
  • Liaise with government bodies and external stakeholders to maintain a positive regulatory environment.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead recruitment efforts for critical roles across units, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
  • Build talent pipelines through campus hiring, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Ensure availability of required workforce in the respective Plants to ensure continuity of business

Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Design and implement engagement programs to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee welfare initiatives including health, safety, and well-being programs.
  • Conduct regular employee connect sessions and feedback mechanisms.

Core People Processes

  • Oversee performance management, career development, succession planning, and training.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and systems across units.

Administration & Safety

  • Supervise administrative functions including transport, canteen, housekeeping, and security.
  • Champion workplace safety initiatives and ensure adherence to EHS norms.

Discipline & Culture Building

  • Enforce disciplinary procedures and maintain workplace harmony.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.
