Role & responsibilities: Perform Design calculation and machine suitability Setup HPDC/GDC filling and solidification Attend casting trail Simulation result comparison and the actual Reduce die breakdown due to shot design Maintain 5S in department Study the drawing and full fill the customer requirements. Checking 2D and 3D drawing model. Performing design calculation and machine suitability Shot preparation using Make result interpretation and analysis for HPDC and GDC Preferred candidate profile: Should have experience in UG NX Should have experience in Die casting company Should have knowledge of 3D modeling
