 o  Looking for a Senior Engineer role, the person should be able to handle multiple projects in the stated timeline, manage all the resource and maintain necessary documents. Will have to convert ideas into working solutions. Should have knowledge of sheet-metal development and drawing standards along with joining processes and weldments. Expertise in Solidworks a must.

o  The incumbent should have a flair for designing mechanisms / working of appliances with all the mechanical engineering principles. Will have to convert ideas into working solutions. Expertise of Solidworks surfacing is a must.

o  Be capable of handling customers with apt product detailing as per company standards.

o  Be able to coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth functioning of the project at each stage.

o  Propose creative / competitive designs to obtain business objective.

o  Should be able to make 2D drawings, create BOM, costing calculation, other Design calculations and create documentation

o  Should have ‘on the job’ experience in making designs from scratch and also in converting them in to real products.

o  Good knowledge of plastic, sheet metal and other materials with their manufacturing process and mouldability considerations is a must.

o  Good verbal and written communication skills are essential as the incumbent will also interface with the clients.

This is a very challenging and creative job and persons with only creative bent of mind should apply.

2D Software – AutoCAD

Moulding and GD&T calculations/considerations

Management Software – M S Office

Prototyping knowledge is appreciated
